Desuden levede deres sagsbehandling mindre op til intentionerne i arbejdsmarkeds­reformen.     Med reformen om ”Flere i arbejde” i 2002 blev det muligt at udlicitere offentlig sagsbehandling til andre aktører (fx konsulentfirmaer, fagbevægelsen og uddannelsesinstitutioner). Opgaven omfattede kontaktforløb med ledige med samtaler hver tredje måned for at få dem hurtigst muligt i job. SFI har nu undersøgt, hvordan erfaringerne har været med at bruge andre aktører i 2005-2006.
