Ny forskning fra SFI sætter fokus på, hvordan a-kasserne og andre aktører fører beskæftigelsespolitikken ud i livet.   Fører udlicitering af jobformidling til andre aktører til en billigere og bedre sagsbehandling, end der leveres af staten og kommunerne? Lever sagsbehandlere hos andre aktører op til kravene om en håndfast indsats over for de ledige, eller ”skummer de fløden”? Hvordan oplever medarbejderne hos a-kasserne samarbejdet med jobcentrene? Og er medarbejderne i det hele taget loyale over for den statslige og kommunale beskæftigelsespolitik?   Forskerne bag rapporterne ”A-kasserne og den aktive beskæftigelsespolitik” og ”Udlicitering af sagsbehandling” fortæller på mødet om undersøgelsernes resultater.
